Sizing

We want to make finding your size as simple as possible.

We place size and weight information on the detail page of many of our accessories. If you would like more information about any item, please do contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

Shipping and Handling

We want to make shipping as easy and as inexpensive as possible.

Our shipping and handling cost system is simple:

Ship any number of items to any one address for a mere $5.00
2 day shipping to any one address is only $10.00
Overnight shipping to any one address is only $18.00

Most items ship within 24 hours of your order. During rush periods, items may ship out in 48 hours following your order. If you need an accessory by a certain date, please let us know at checkout so that we can meet your timing.

If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email. You will then have the choice to wait for the item to arrive or to delete the item from your order.

Returns

We want to make your shopping experience at Luxe Details as enjoyable as possible.

We want you to be absolutely delighted with all of your accessories from Luxe Details. If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know; we’ll correct the matter.

If you are unhappy with any purchase for any reason, we ask that you contact Luxe Details customer help for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of any item. Returns or exchanges can be made within this time period for any reason.

Gifts, Gift Wrapping, and Gift Certificates

We want to make giving exceptional gifts as effortless as possible.

Every accessory is beautifully packaged and shipped carefully. The Luxe Details packaging alone is suitable for gift giving.

Every gift is shipped with the following:

A lovely gift card imprinted with your personal message.
Instructions on how to contact us to exchange the accessory if it is not acceptable for any reason.

For those who prefer, gifts may be elegantly wrapped for $3.50 per item.

Gift certificates may be purchased in any amount. Gift certificates do not expire. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
